The warm temperatures we had last week in New Jersey were perfect for taking the BMW Z4 convertible for a spin with the top down! Unfortunately, winter still refuses to release its icy grip and we’re back to below freezing temps! But all is not lost! As usual, we here at BMW of Freehold are pleased to bring you the latest and greatest news and pics from the wonderful world of BMW! This week, Bimmer fans are buzzing about BMW AG’s latest venture. They plan to launch their latest concept, the Mini ‘Rocketman’, into orbit at this year’s Geneva Motor Show and we’ve got some design images courtesy of BMWBlog!
BMW’s Mini Rocketman concept resembles the original Mini of the 1950s, so hardcore enthusiasts are sure to be pleased. The original was designed to be approximately 10 feet from front to back and the new concept will be just a pinch over 11. Being marketed as an urban solution, it’s rumored that the BMW Mini Rocketman concept could get about 78 MPG. Full of style, smarts and electronic gadgets & gizmos, the BMW Mini Rocketman has something for everyone!
