May is almost over and Memorial Day weekend is upon us. Summer is officially about to begin! All the rain we’ve been having here in New Jersey hasn’t exactly been great driving weather, but BMW news is always in season. The upcoming 2012 BMW M5 was recently debuted at the Shanghai Motor Show and pictures of its engine and interior are now beginning to surface. Read on for more details and to take a look at the pictures of this new BMW.
The new BMW F10 M5 will officially be launched at the M Festival on June 23rd. These new photos of the new BMW M5 are highlighting the vehicle’s interior and giving us a good look at the new V8 TwinPower engine.
According to some rumors, the interior that was displayed at the Shanghai Motor Show may not be the official design. It is clear, however, that the new BMW M5 will feature the Black Panel technology that first appeared in the BMW 7-Series. This new BMW M5 will be powered by an S63 engine that is also found in the BMW X5 M and the BMW X6 M.
